A newly refurbished flat with two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a modern bathroom with bath and shower, and a lounge with 3 metre high ceilings. It is central to Todmorden, a three-minute walk from the station, and well placed for country walking: about ten minutes from Hebden Bridge, thirty minutes from Manchester and an hour from Leeds.
Linen and towels, a welcome pack and starter packs are provided. The flat has gas central heating, high-speed Wi-Fi and a 52-inch HDTV with Netflix and Prime. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine, iron and vacuum. There is no tumble dryer and no air conditioning.
Safety equipment includes a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide monitor, smoke alarm, sprinkler and first aid kit.
