This large family home is spacious, comfortable and filled with light. It is a two-minute walk from Walsden train station, and well placed for country walking: about four minutes from Todmorden, ten minutes from Hebden Bridge, thirty minutes from Manchester and an hour from Leeds.

There are four bedrooms (two double and two single), four beds and two bathrooms (one family bathroom and one en-suite). A wood burner is included, with one basket of logs; more can be bought locally. Linen, towels and tea towels are provided, with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and sugar, plus kitchen and bathroom starter packs.

The home has gas central heating, free high-speed Wi-Fi and a 46-inch smart TV. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and vacuum. There is a lockable garden store for bikes. There is no tumble dryer and no air conditioning.

Safety equipment includes a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide monitor, smoke alarm, sprinkler and first aid kit.
